In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder and cayenne.

Working one strip at a time, coat each strip of bacon in the sugar mixture.

Lay the bacon in a single layer on the June Roasting Rack set in a foil-lined June Pan.

Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Roast the bacon 15 minutes, until it is chewy and glossy. June will notify you when your bacon is ready. Follow directions on your June Oven to continue cooking if you prefer crispier, darker bacon.

Remove the bacon from the June Oven. Using tongs, flip each bacon strip over to drain any fat that has accumulated on top. Let the bacon drain for 1 minute, then transfer it with tongs to a plate or platter. Enjoy hot or at room temperature.
