Enameled Cast Iron Grill
Place the steaks on the June Pan. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.

Insert the June Food Thermometer into the thickest part of the larger steak. Set cooking preferences using the button below.

With tongs, place the steaks on the hot grill. Carefully plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Close the door. June will notify you when the steaks are ready to flip.
When notified to flip the steak, open the door. Working carefully, use tongs to flip each steak. Close the door. June will notify you when the steaks are done.
With protected hands, unplug the June Food Thermometer from the jack. Using tongs, transfer the steaks from the grill to a chopping board. Let the steaks rest 5 minutes. Serve and slice as desired.
