With the shelf in the middle position, preheat the June Oven to 250°F on the Bake cook mode using the button below.

Add the pretzels, toasted oat cereal, corn snacks, rice cereal and peanuts to the large bowl. Mix gently to combine.

Add the butter, coconut oil, brown sugar, corn syrup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and hot sauce to the large pot.

4 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted. Increase the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow the syrup to continue cooking undisturbed for 1 minute.
Slowly pour about half the syrup evenly over the dry ingredients. Mix quickly and thoroughly until the syrup is evenly distributed.
Pour the other half of the syrup over the mix, mixing again until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated. Sprinkle the furikake over the mixture, if using, and fold until evenly distributed.

Spread the snack mix in an even layer on the June Pan.
June Pan
Place the June Pan on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the snack mix 30 minutes, until June notifies you that it is time to stir.
Remove the June Pan from the June Oven and place it on a cooling rack. Keep the June Oven hot using the button below. Carefully stir the snack mix well.

Return the June Pan to the middle shelf of the June Oven. Bake the snack mix 30 more minutes, until it is crispy. June will notify you when the snack mix is ready.
Remove the June Pan from the June Oven and allow the snack mix to cool completely on the June Pan. Once cool, break into pieces to serve or store.
