Combine the ground turkey, zucchini and green onion in a large bowl.

Crack the egg in a small bowl and whisk with a fork until blended. Add the blended egg to the burger mixture.

Add the coriander, cumin, garlic powder and paprika to the burger mixture.

Add the salt and pepper to the burger mixture. Gently mix the burger mixture with a spatula until it is thoroughly combined.

With your hands, scoop half of the burger mixture from the bowl and shape it into a patty. Place the patty on the June Roasting Rack set within the June Pan. Repeat with the remaining half of the burger mixture so there are two patties of equal size and shape. It may be helpful to lightly oil the June Roasting Rack with nonstick cooking spray before placing the patties on the rack.

Horizontally insert the June Food Thermometer into the geometric center of one patty.

Place the turkey burgers on the middle shelf of the June Oven. Plug the June Food Thermometer into the jack. Broil the burgers until they are cooked through, about 26 minutes. June will notify you when the burgers are ready.

While the burgers are cooking, place the Greek yogurt in a medium bowl. Crush the garlic with a garlic crusher, mortar and pestle or knife and add it to the sauce. Squeeze the lemon half directly into the sauce.

Add the sumac and salt to the sauce. Stir well to combine.

Remove the turkey burgers from the June Oven. Place lettuce, a turkey burger, cucumber and tomato slices in each pita half. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sauce in the pitas and serve with more sauce on the side.
